Having worked together successfully building an industry leading MPS service organisation, we felt that there was a need in the industry for a truly independent service company. After initial discussions with key manufacturers and leading industry professionals, Orrlo was born, focusing purely on all aspects of service delivery, offering outsourced service functions to complement and supplement existing service operations.

We are absolutely delighted to partner with Konica Minolta and Ricoh and be accredited service providers. One of our strengths is our true independence, focusing purely on service delivery with no part of our business dedicated to selling our own products. We can provide a unique service offering to the industry in the knowledge and comfort felt by our clients that, at no stage, will their respective customer base be compromised. Our ongoing drive and focus will be for Orrlo to become the default “go to” company for both consultancy and outsourced services.
